           跳排舞前 需要做暖身運動嗎? 按照道理 進行任何一項活動前都應該


      暖暖身子 尤其像我們這些不再年輕的熟女 應該避免運動傷害 路才可


      以走的長遠


      但手邊的班 不管基礎班 進階班 都直接省略 一來時間有限 暖身做完


      恐怕複習舞曲的時間就受到壓縮 所以希望夥伴來的路上 自己對自己在意


      的部位 先暖機暖機 而二來 覺得line dance 跟其他的舞 很不一樣的是


   line dance是一個著重社交功能比較強的舞(至少在國外是如此吧!)


      總是希望每個夥伴 學任何一首舞時 心裡想的是:ㄝ 下次舞會時又多


   一次機會下場和朋友同樂 如同學生時代 參加party 可以全場飛舞


   享受歡樂 累了便一旁休息 夠了再去拼 如此單純就好 


      ㄝ~ 而且也沒看過 開party或研習營 主辦單位提醒所有人先暖身 


   只會鼓勵大家要盡興的跳 盡興的玩!所以 所以 也就是本著這個


   概念懷著這種理念我去經營每個班 舞步跳得精不精準 不重要


   舞姿跳得美不美 不要強求 而是每個人考量自己當天的體力狀況


   去調配肢體投入程度. 不比賽 不表演 就不需太嚴謹 只要不影


   響別人權益 盡量製造快樂或者享受快樂吧!


   而離下一次瘋排舞同樂會 雖說有四個月之久 但夥伴程度不一


   卻希望屆時大家能多多共舞同歡 所以兔子有優勢在樹下乘涼時


   我們烏龜也有優點 提早開動 奮力練習 一樣可以享受甜美果實


   到時候 說不定更可以氣定神閑 不費神的快樂演出呢!


   而今天介紹的這首contra line dance Ooh! I Like That在近幾年各大


      workshop幾乎是必備款的舞 如此的受歡迎 怎能白白看它流走 朋友啊!


   有生之年一定要玩過一次啦!所以不管是基礎班或進階班 公開學!


   偷偷練! 8月瘋排舞同樂會 大家都好好給它玩一下喔!

            64拍的舞 但不難 2/3的舞步 已在第一堂介紹過了 而且一拍一拍的節奏


       很好抓拍 臨時恍神 也跟得回來的! 其實選這首舞 很大的原因是:跳舞時


       每個人方圓1公尺 即可完成 這對目前教室過擠的情形 因應的選曲


       等下一星期(4/23)新場地敲定後 便可以大範圍的選擇不同的舞風

  話說為了開新班 一頭鑽進網際網路找資料 當然皇天不負苦心人 讓快瞎眼的我


  找到寶藏:無須付費 閉門在家練習的教學頻道-Howcast 哈! "Line Dancing"


  也在其中ㄝ 示範者是五屆country dance冠軍的舞者-Robert Royston 教學


  示範很多Line Dance(尤其是country dance)基本舞步和觀念 真是受益匪淺!


 


  以下是我稍做整理 常見在我們課程裡的術語與舞步 當然有時間將全部教學
